With the outer planet Synod conjunctions of Earth with Neptune on the 20th of August, we begin the period of time when the background patterns of Lunar declinational atmosphere tides, are over ridden by the Outer planet influences. Along with the attendant hurricane outbreaks for the season, expect to see large air masses displacing the central USA precipitation patterns,(as presented here) 08-20-2010 through 09-02-2010, then again from 09-20-2010 through 11-10-2010, because of interactions with / between Jupiter, Uranus, and Venus.
I am working on an algorithm to add to the program to correct for these exceptions, will keep you updated.
